Newly renovated fully air-conditioned atypical two bedroom apartment (max. 6 people) with an area of 105 m2 with a wide hallway, 2 bedrooms, living room, spacious bathroom (shower, bathtub, 2 wash-basins, toilet and bidet), kitchen with a dining room and two open rooms that serve as a relaxation area (or for sleeping).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor – in the attic. There is an elevator to the 2nd floor only. One floor (2 x 8 steps) must be reached on foot.

Both bedrooms - beds with comfortable mattresses, pillows, duvets, sheets.
Bathroom - shower. corner, bathtub, 2 x wash-basin, toilet and bidet, chest of drawers, washing machine, clothes dryer
Living room - spacious sofa, which can comfortably sleep 3 people, fat boy (also big enough to sleep on (120 x 180 when unfolded), coffee table, television 128 cm.
Kitchen - built-in appliances: large refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Pots, plates, cutlery, etc.
Dining room + lounge:
1st part: spacious unfoldable sofa that can comfortably sleep 2-3 people
2nd part: multifuctional game table 15+1 (minifootbal, billiard, pingpong, chess, backgammon, black jack…), 3 fat boys. This part can also be used for sleeping (on extra beds) after minor modifications.

The apartment has 1 parking space (directly behind the house) and its own lockable bike cellar.
