Booking Conditions

Unless stated otherwise, Sebastian Apartments require a full deposit to be paid latest 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Best methods and means of payment will be suggested to the client when confirming the reservation. Exceptions apply for our regular guests or when booked at the last minute. Upon arrival, a cash deposit of CZK 5 000 is required for equipment and energy. It will be returned with energy billing on departure.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in written form (email) and confirmed by Sebastian Apartments. The client is entitled to cancel the confirmed booking free of charge up until 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Cancellations made in less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made in less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
