Family house with a private garden - Český Krumlov

Until recently a guest house, now a family house, with two apartments – layout 2 bedroom on the ground floor (max. 6 pax + 1 extra bed) and 2 bedroom on the first floor (max. 6 pax + 1 extra bed). On the first floor, next to the 2 bedroom apartment there is another separate double bed room with a private bathroom. Rooms from the 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, as well as the separate double bed room on the first floor can also be rented individually – available with the kitchen on the ground floor. Accommodation can therefore be combined as desired according to the number of pax and requirements of the customer (e.g. only 2 x double bed room, or 2 bed room apartment on the first floor + 4 bed room on the ground floor, etc.)

The house has a spacious garden with a shelter for 2 cars, a lockable garage and a pergola with a fireplace. 

It is located about 800 m – a 10 minute easy walk away from the historic center of the town.

Our goal is to provide an ideal background for several friendly families or groups of friends who want to spend free time together, but at the same time appreciate enough of their own privacy. In the high season (July, August) we prefer to rent the house as a whole.

In the vicinity there is an inexhaustible number of activities – sports, cultural and leisure. From going down the Vltava river, through cycling or hiking (eg. Kleť mountain, Dívčí Kámen castle, Lipno, Třeboň…) to monuments (eg. Zlatá Koruna monastery, Vyšší Brod monastery, Rožmberk castle, Holašovice, Kratochvíle chateau, České Budějovice, Hluboká…) and last but not least, of course, our amazing Český Krumlov.
